If you have been banned/kicked or cant enter Greekcity chat, YOU MUST email forums@greekcity.com.au with the details below.

BANS will only be lifted by admin after we have spoken to the moderator who banned you.
There is no point sending users messages for you through MSN etc to unban you because IT WONT happen.

When you send a email make sure to have these details:

• The time and date:
• Your username on chat.
• Your current IP address.
  (IF YOU DON'T KNOW IT, LOOK IT UP, http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/ WILL TELL YOU WHAT IT IS)
• A return email address.
  
• Why you think you have been banned & why you think you should be unbanned.

That's it, its a simple and quick 2 minute email, if you do not take the time to do it right. admin will not take the time to look into it for you, to many people send emails that offer us absolutely no information such as "unban me I did nothing" - " why am I banned? pls fix", emails such as these will be ignored.
 

Please note at times the DigiChat system may ban a complete host mask and not allow some users to logon even though they may have not logged in all day or done anything to warrant a ban, if this occurs to you please email as at forums@greekcity.com.au with your ISP name so we may look into it. Thanks.
